- I placed an order and I have changed my mind, its status is "pending" in my order history, will I be charged for this order?
- I added an item to my cart but when I clicked "Basket" it says that I have no items in my basket, why?
- I have placed an order but I want to add another item to my cart, will I have to place a separate order for this other item?

No you will not be charged, we delete all orders with the status "pending" 24 hours from when the order was placed.

This is your choice, you may place two separate orders or you can carry on shopping. If you want to carry on shopping when you have finished you will then place another order for all the items. This will mean that you will have placed two orders, however as you are only paying for the second one of them only this order will be processed. The first order will be marked as pending and as its not being paid for it will be deleted 24 hours from when it was placed
